Step by Step Action Plan

✅  Step 1:
Plan your AGM agenda in accordance with any legal or constitutional requirements for your AGM

✅  Step 2:
Send notice of AGM to members

✅  Step 3:
Committee decides on proposed fees for Associate Memberships (if applicable)

✅  Step 4:
Treasurer prepares Profit & Loss statement, Financial Statement, and Budget

✅  Step 5:
Get annual financial statements audited by an independent auditor (if applicable)

✅  Step 6:
Committee certify financial statements

✅  Step 7:
Committee complete annual report

✅  Step 8:
Circulate annual report

✅  Step 9:
Circulate previous AGM minutes to members 

✅  Step 10:
Circulate ‘proxy voting’ forms (if applicable)

✅  Step 11.
Set up the venue for the AGM

✅  Step 12.
President chairs the AGM

✅  Step 13.
Secretary records AGM meeting minutes

✅  Step 14.
Secretary stores the AGM meeting minutes 

✅  Step 15.
Send out social media post update to members about the AGM

✅  Step 16.
Secretary submits the required documentation to the State Government
