Does your kid play sport?
Lot’s of kids dream about being a professional sportsperson.
Â
But most pro athletes don’t get there by accident…
Â
…They receive many years of high-end coaching and athlete development.
Â
And this made me think…
There must be lots of kids who want to become an elite athlete, but don’t have the same level of access to the expertise that most successful athletes get when they’re young.
Build strength, increase speed, improve movement
Hi, my name is Nat, and I help young players build the physical foundations to reach their potential.
Â
This is for you if your child:
- Would like the chance to be an elite sports-person
- Is approaching a pivotal time in their sports journey, or
- Would benefit from increased confidence, better movement, and a fitter body
Â
Access to expertise is critical
Many people don’t realise how important expert coaching is for sports development.Â
Â
For example, when I worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Maribyrnong Sports Academy, the 500 students all received 2-8 hours of dedicated speed, strength, and movement coaching – each and every week!
Â
This ‘access’ to expertise is a main reason why that school has now produced countless top level athletes in the AFL, AFLW, A-Leagues, NBA, WNBL, BBL, Tour de France, and more.
Â
It’s also why most kids now get drafted from private schools.
So I was thinking - why shouldn’t other kids have that same opportunity?
The Athlete Development Program, is especially designed to:
- Give developing kids the foundations they need to have the best chance of reaching their potential
- Provide them with the strength, speed, and movement patterns to make significant improvements in their sport, and
- Correct imperfect, uncoordinated, or dysfunctional movement patterns that are limiting their performance
- Kids aged 8-17 who play sport and want to get better
- Small groups for individualised coaching and proper technique feedback
- Sessions held at Altona Sports Stadium
Session Times
All sessions have capped places to ensure individualised coaching in a small group environment. Proposed time-slots for our next program:
- Morning of Tuesday 13 January
- Morning of Wednesday 14 January
- Morning of Thursday 15 January
